Soft Washing
Pressure washing siding can lead to damaging your property if it is not done correctly. Pressure washing a shingle roof will always lead to damage and drastically shorten the life span of your roof. Pacific Home Wash does not believe in damaging your home for the sake of cleaning it. That's why we choose soft wash! Soft washing uses biodegradable detergents at low pressure to clean your home. These detergents kill organic material and allows it to be gently rinsed off by low pressure.
House wash
A gentle, non-abrasive, immediate and effective method of cleaning organic growth that provides a thorough and long lasting clean to vinyl siding, hardy plank, and other types of siding.
Roof wash
A roof soft wash removes black streaks, moss, and algae. Black algae streaks will be cleaned off a roof minutes after our solutions are applied. However, thick green moss is more stubborn. Our soft wash solution will turn the mold to an off-white color. This means the mold is dead, but 8 to 12 weeks of natural rain wind, and sunlight is needed for the dead moss roots to detach themselves from the roof granules. A gutter cleaning is recommended after a roof cleaning.
Wood fencing and decks
A low-pressure soft wash removes organic growth without damaging the wood surface. Pressure washing a wood surface can be accomplished and successful if done correctly, but why risk splintering your fence or deck.
Pressure Washing
Our 3-step pressure washing technique is above the industries standard. We start by spraying a masonry surface with a biodegradable solution that kills the organic growth. We follow up using a rotating surface cleaner and a pressure washer to remove the organic growth. After fully rinsing the surface clean, we coat the surface with another mild dose of the same biodegradable solution to ensure all organic growth within the unseen deep crevices of the surface are fully dead.

Rust Removal
Depending on the severity of the rust stain, this process will drastically fade or fully remove the stain.
Oil Spot Fading
Oil stains are very stubborn and will most likely be drastically faded, but not fully removed. We use a heavy-duty penetrating degreaser that assist with lifting the oil up before it is removed with high pressure.
Paint/Graffiti Removal
Paint in unwanted places can be drastically faded or fully removed depending on the surface the paint is on and the type of paint being removed.
Other Services
Gutter Cleaning
Unlike most companies, we use a high-powered vacuum to clean out gutters. This method allows us to reach up to 40' (3 stories) without the danger of using a ladder. This method also keeps your landscaping untouched by gutter litter.
Exterior Window Cleaning
We clean windows using good old fashioned scrubbbing with a microfiber scrubber and streak-free solution. The window is then rinsed with purified water.
